Cementing calculation, use of software and knowledge of Slurry Design including that for liners & tie-back cases. Preparation / cross checking of cement job plans at site.

Good Decision-making skill. Lab based test report analysis and slurry design with preflush, spacer, post flush, fluid and volumes calculations.
Documentation and preparation of End of the well report.
Explore feasibility to use new latest development in Cementing Technology.
Experience of water/ gas shut off jobs using cement, micro-fine cement, polymers, chemicals, and implications with Cement retainers/ retrievable cementers.
lesson learnt from mistakes, organizing meeting and presentation to implement new Ideas in the field.
Technical integrity and proper Job Design, experienced in casing/ liner cementation jobs, plugs, LOT (App.50 jobs), Chemical/ polymer water shut off jobs.
Required Qualifications:
Degree Physics/ /Mech. Engineering with 2 years or Technical Diploma with 3 yrs as Cementing Supervisor experience.
