HSE planning for Drilling / Work Over Operations (CT / Slick Line) operations / Construction project.
Application of Hazard identification and risk assessment methods.
Conducting TBT and JSA to be explained with examples.
Monitoring and implementation of control measures for H2S safety, Lifting Safety, Chemical Safety, Electrical Safety, work at height (WAH) Safety, Confined Space Safety, Pressurized System Safety, Derrick Floor Safety, Fire Safety, Road safety / Offshore safety.
Monitoring / assurance of ‘Permit to work’ (PTW) system.
Incident investigations, incident analysis and implementation of learning.
Analysis and review of Safety observation (such as Take-5, STOP card) process.
Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Carrying out HSE inspections / audits – objectives, best practices, pitfalls.
Planning of pre-startup safety review.
HSE data and report analysis.
HSE performance monitoring through HSE KPIs.
Review of Mock Drills and emergency response plans (ERP).
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate degree / Postgraduate degree in any stream.
Five years practical field experience of managing HSE on drilling rig / workover operations / production installation/ base office. Experience with Pedigree clients & countries.
Onshore/ Offshore and H2S/ CO2 environment experience.
Preferred Skills: Drilling and Rig-less experience is must.
